Building my growth engine.

Projects, experiences and evolving ideas that reveal how I work: with method, curiosity and a drive to turn knowledge and intuition into something tangible.

My vision is to take part in the remarkable era we are living in and make a positive contribution to how AI becomes embedded in our systems—and how it reshapes society, business and our view of the world.

IULM AI Lab

Project in progress

AI research and public engagement

I am working to reactivate and relaunch the IULM AI Lab, with the aim of turning it into a vibrant centre for research, public engagement and meaningful discussion around AI. The project is taking shape around an ambitious direction: publishing a journal, organising events and conducting research that connects AI with perspectives across society, business, individuals and many other areas.

Internship

I am gaining hands-on experience in product management and growth marketing. I started by completely redesigning the company website, learning about brand strategy, positioning, competitor analysis and value proposition development.

I now work closely with the product management and growth marketing teams, learning to formulate and validate product hypotheses, design experiments and use data to inform product launch strategy. This experience is helping me develop my strategic judgement, question assumptions and contribute my own ideas to discussions about the startup’s direction.

I’m looking for places where I can learn and create value.

I am looking for dynamic workplaces where people aim high and think outside the box.

Work culture

An open, collaborative culture where autonomy and dialogue go hand in hand.

Learning

A workplace that invests in growth, providing concrete opportunities to build new skills.

Shared vision

A workplace shaped by a strong shared vision: to keep improving and continually go further.

I enjoy stepping up and contributing in roles that call for reasoning, synthesis, design thinking and the ability to learn quickly—without losing sight of goals or coherence. I care deeply about systems and processes working well, and about getting the details right.

I am interested in UX/UI research and design: I would love to collaborate with teams that study people’s needs and behaviours and turn those insights into better product experiences.

The areas I am most passionate about are product, growth marketing, strategy and innovation.

I chose to study AI because it reshapes processes and possibilities.

Processes

Connecting marketing, data and processes

I use AI every day to speed up tasks and make my workflows more efficient. I love learning how to get the most out of different models and exploring what I can do with them. The more I use them, the better I understand where to delegate, where my judgement matters and how to give them clear direction.

Scope

Thinking bigger thanks to new tools

I understood early on that GenAI enables curious, articulate people to think on a larger scale. Just as a richer vocabulary expands our capacity to think, knowing how to use these tools helps us structure our thinking, make more connections and broaden what we believe is possible.

Ethics

Designing models responsibly

I am equally interested in the ethical dimension of artificial intelligence: contributing to model design, understanding which data shapes them, which biases they may reproduce and how they affect people. Innovation is not only about moving faster; it also requires the judgement to think through the consequences of what we create.

Direction

Preparing for a changing market

I chose this path because I am convinced that AI will become an increasingly essential capability. I am building practical, critical and applicable expertise—going beyond the surface of the trend.

Every project reveals a part of my method.

This section brings together university projects and ideas I have developed through self-directed learning. Some are structured pieces of work; others are experiments designed to learn, test tools, have fun and better understand how to turn an intuition into something tangible.

Strategic analysis of Booking.com

A strategic management project built around a practical question: how do you truly assess the performance of a digital business beyond billions of dollars in revenue? And how would we approach the challenge as its consultants? The analysis covers financial performance, competitive positioning, the external environment, strategy and business model, leading to a proposed strategic direction for the future.

Question

How do you truly assess a major digital platform?

Analysis

Performance, competition, strategy and business model.

Outcome

An integrated assessment and a possible future direction.

It demonstrates

Research, synthesis and recommendation building.

Urbania

Developed as a university project, Urbania focuses on civic participation. The idea is to collect and aggregate citizens’ reports about their city, turning fragmented data into structured information. Municipalities receive a decision-support dashboard that helps them act more quickly and with better evidence, while the app can also host local advertising.

Question

How can fragmented reports become useful to municipalities?

Solution

A citizen app and a decision-support dashboard.

Method

Needs, information flows, service design and sustainability.

It demonstrates

Systems thinking and people-centred innovation.

DataSynth Lab

DataSynth is a platform offering downloadable synthetic datasets, each designed to recreate a different business environment in which a data scientist might work. Its focus is data cleaning: the datasets are intentionally messy, while a dedicated Academy guides users through the essential steps. Once cleaned, the data becomes a foundation for training machine-learning models tailored to specific marketing goals.

Question

How can data cleaning feel more practical and job-relevant?

Solution

Messy synthetic datasets, a guided Academy and business cases.

Method

Concept, learning design, data and potential ML applications.

It demonstrates

Product thinking, data literacy and design.

Research on RAG systems for education

A university research project grounded in scientific literature and developed across two strands. The first tests and evaluates a RAG model trained on proprietary learning materials, supported by structured feedback collection. The second examines the state of the art in AI systems that use personalisation to support learning—both broadly and with specific attention to students with specific learning disorders (SpLDs).

Question

Can personalised AI make learning more accessible?

Research

Scientific literature and a focus on students with specific learning disorders.

Testing

Evaluation of a RAG system using learning materials and feedback.

It demonstrates

Rigour, critical thinking and attention to consequences.

Sentence analysis game app

It began with a simple insight: sentence analysis at middle school was boring, but it did not have to be. The app turns it into a playable challenge for students and anyone who wants to sharpen their reasoning. A leaderboard adds a competitive dimension, while groups—organised by school or class and accessible through a link—make it possible to build dedicated communities.

Question

How can sentence analysis become more engaging?

Solution

A playable challenge for students and curious learners.

Mechanics

Leaderboard, school or class groups and invitation links.

It demonstrates

Gamification, product thinking and learning design.

Pictionary-inspired party game app

A hybrid reinterpretation of the classic party game, combining a digital layer with an in-person experience. The phone becomes the game board: it supplies prompts for each category and manages the entire session. Players form teams and choose whether to roll a physical die or let the app do it; when the timer starts, they draw on real paper. The concept preserves the sociability of analogue play while removing the friction of setting everything up.

Idea

Combining the sociability of play with digital convenience.

Experience

The phone as a game board, with real paper for drawing.

Mechanics

Teams, categories, physical or digital dice and a timer.

It demonstrates

Experience design, simplification and hybrid play.

Not a straight line, but a journey that found its direction.

My journey has not been entirely linear—far from it! I explored different fields, tested my interests and aptitudes, and gradually developed a clearer understanding of who I want to become and where my strengths lie.

Language-focused high school

This is where I deepened my interest in literature, philosophy and languages. I built a strong communication foundation and earned B2 certifications in English, French and Spanish.

Exploration and orientation

I moved through different stages—from IULM to Modern Literature and Biotechnology, before returning to IULM in Milan. I do not see this as lost time: it was a valuable phase that helped me understand what genuinely interested me. Alongside my studies, I worked as an English teacher and as an ambulance driver and emergency responder, gaining experience in very different real-world situations.

Corporate communication and public relations

My Bachelor’s degree gave me stronger foundations in communication, marketing, branding, business management and economics. This is where I learned that every piece helps build a broader and more complete understanding.

Artificial intelligence, business and society

This Master’s degree was not the obvious next step in my journey, but by stepping into something unfamiliar, I discovered how much I enjoy connecting numbers with meaning, and data with decisions. It is in this space—between analysis and interpretation—that I am shaping the direction in which I want to grow.
